摘要:采用自行研制的脂环族缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂、改性甲基六氢苯酐及经特殊处理的活性填料为主要原料,经真空脱泡、研磨分散制得户外环氧树脂浇注料。产品具有优异的耐紫外线辐照、耐湿热老化、耐化学腐蚀及良好的机械、电气绝缘性能,经过了户外长期运行考验。

Abstract
: The epoxy resin insulating casting
materials used in outdoor weather conditions were prepared with
cycloaliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resin ,modified MHHPA hardener and
active inorganic filers treated by special process. The
manufacturing process involves some steps such as taking off
volatility in vacuum and grinding dispersion by high-speed mixer and
grinding wheel, etc. The effects of kinds and amounts of epoxy resin
, hardener and filler on performance of casting material were
studied .
The
casing material have good flexibility and toughness that make it can
resist temperature frequently change and mechanical impact, high
insulating resistance and capability for resisting UV irradiation
.The casting material had been used in outdoor electric devices such
as insulator and power transformer for long time.

前言
近年来,随着我国经济建设的高速发展,对作为国民经济主动脉的电力需求量越来越大,同时,对输变电的安全与可靠性也提出了更高的要求。作为输配电重要设备的开关、绝缘子、变压器及互感器等主要高压电气产品,其绝缘方式正在发生重大变革,向着轻量化、无油化、无瓷化方向发展。以环氧树脂浇注干式绝缘,替代原有油浸、陶瓷绝缘方式,已被公认为发展方向。但普通双酚A型环氧树脂由于其分子结构中苯环双键的存在,导致其耐紫外线辐照能力差、耐电弧、耐漏电痕迹性差。在户外长期使用会导致浇注件表面粉化,甚至开裂,严重制约电网的正常运行,因此以前户外使用的电气产品不得不采用油浸绝缘或陶瓷绝缘。但油浸式绝缘的维护成本与安全性较差,陶瓷绝缘的耐冲击性差与笨重,均给使用者带来极大不便,因此,早日实现户外高压电器产品绝缘的无油化、无瓷化已成为电力部门迫切需要解决的问题。
目前国外发达国家在10-110kv
电压等级绝缘多采用户外干式绝缘,所采用的绝缘材料主要有硅橡胶与环氧树脂。硅橡胶具有好的耐紫外线辐照、耐冷热冲击能力,但粘接性差、机械强度较低,由此带来的局部放电现象较为突出。为了弥补这些缺陷,发达国家率先开发了以脂环族环氧树脂为主要成分的户外环氧树脂浇注料,由于这种浇注料分子结构中不含苯环,具有良好的耐紫外线辐照能力,同时也具有普通环氧树脂所具有的粘接性、机械、电气绝缘与耐化学性能,因此适合于户外环境下长期使用。户外环氧树脂干式绝缘产品在国外已经过二十多年的运行考验,其可靠性已获得充分的验证,并且已获得广泛应用。
